Name

tty — print the file name of the terminal connected to standard input

Synopsis

tty [OPTION...]

DESCRIPTION

Print the file name of the terminal connected to standard input.

−s, −−silent, −−quiet

print nothing, only return an exit status

−−help

display this help and exit

−−version

output version information and exit
